When you submit a project brief via our intake form, we collect your name, business email, company name, region, and the project description you provide. We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies.
2. How We Use Your Data
Intake form submissions are used solely to evaluate and respond to potential engagement requests. Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for unsolicited marketing. We retain submission data for 12 months unless you request deletion.
3. Data Storage
Submission data is stored in encrypted form on infrastructure hosted within the EU or UAE, depending on your region. All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email kirolous_fouty@aucegypt.edu. We will respond within 72 hours.
5. Cookies
This site uses only essential session cookies required for the intake form to function. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.
6. Third-Party Services
We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social media trackers on this Site. Any third-party services used for project delivery are governed by separate data processing agreements.
7. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to users who have submitted a project brief. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
