2. Services
Zenith Labs provides custom software engineering, AI integration, and technology consulting services ("Services"). All Services are governed by a separate written agreement between Zenith Labs and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or guarantee of specific services, timelines, or pricing unless confirmed in a signed engagement contract.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Zenith Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent. Client project deliverables are governed by the IP transfer clauses in the respective project agreement.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use this Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, interfere with its security, or use automated tools to scrape or index its content without permission.
5. Enquiries and Communications
Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a client relationship or any contractual obligation on the part of Zenith Labs. We will respond to enquiries at our discretion. A formal engagement begins only upon the execution of a written project agreement.

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zenith Labs does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Any reliance you place on information from this Site is at your own risk.
