Units Converter — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Google Play ID: com.zenithlabs.converter

Units Converter (“the App”) is published by Zenith Labs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the App handles. A unit and currency converter across many categories.

Data we collect

The App stores your settings and content locally on your device and does not require an account. We do not collect personally identifying information ourselves.

Live exchange rates

To convert currencies, the app fetches exchange rates from a public, keyless exchange-rate API (open.er-api.com). Only a standard rate request is made — none of your inputs or any personal data are sent. Rates are cached on your device so the app works offline.

Advertising & consent

The App shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. For users in regions that require it (e.g. the EU and UK), the App presents a Google UMP consent form letting you choose personalized vs. non-personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device settings at any time. Buying the Pro upgrade removes all ads.

In-app purchases

The one-time Pro upgrade (remove ads and unlock extra features) is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Diagnostics

Google Play Services may collect aggregate crash and performance diagnostics. See Google’s privacy information.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your choices

Reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your device settings. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
